We have a dedicated team of Property Experts to deal with all aspects of lettings. Out of Hours’ Repairs Management Service available 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our property management team can provide our clients with fast, efficient updates. We can give accurate information including any rent payments, and a full history of our management service to date.
Responsibility
As part of our property management service we will ensure a full inventory is taken, check-in inspection carried out and also includes routine inspections with full written reports.
We also deal with registering the deposit, dealing with the return of the deposit including any disputes should they arise, as well as assisting with the transfer of utility accounts. We also offer our Landlords the option to utilise our rent and legal protection scheme, which means all rent payments and legal fees are covered should there be any loss for any particular reason.
